Donate Games to AKS in Atlanta – Clear Clutter from your Home and Support a Worthy Local Charity

donation_center_clutterResidents of Atlanta can donate those old games that have been lying around your basement and, in the process, help support an Atlanta charity that has joined forces with the American Kidney Fund (AKF) to support kidney patients in need. There are currently more than 26 million people in the United States who suffer from kidney disease, and many of them are unable to earn a steady income due to their rigorous dialysis schedules. That’s why AKS has teamed up with AKF and generous donors like you to help lighten this financial burden.

You can donate any types of games to AKS. From video games to board games to athletic equipment, we accept a wide variety of items. In addition to games, you can make a donation of men’s, women’s, or children’s clothing, jewelry, books, toys, kitchenware, small appliances, electronics, decorative items, and much more. To make it as easy as possible for you to donate to our charity, we offer a variety of convenient ways to give:

  • Call 770-441-2220 and add your name and phone number to our regular donation free pickup list. An AKS representative will contact you when pickups are being scheduled in your neighborhood.
  • Fill out our online form to be added to our rotational donation pickup schedule.
  • Bring your donations to our storefront donation center in Atlanta. This location is attended Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., but feel free to donate here 24/7.
  • Bring your donations to any of our hundreds of donation drop boxes throughout the Atlanta area. Click here to find a drop box near you.
  • Donate at any Value Village thrift department store in Atlanta, Conyers, Douglasville, Marietta, Roswell, Riverdale, Stockbridge, Sugar Hill, or Tucker.
