AKF is a nonprofit health organization that offers financial assistance to patients with chronic kidney disease. This support helps cover patients’ daily living expenses, and patient grants assist them with insurance premiums and other treatment-related expenses.

Since not everyone has the resources to give monetary contributions, AKS makes it easy for everyone in Atlanta and surrounding areas to donate items that they already have in their homes or offices.
