Donation Centers in Atlanta, Norcross, Lawrenceville, Acworth & Surrounding Areas Are Waiting For Your Used Clothing & Goods

Donation Centers AtlantaAmerican Kidney Services (AKS) wants to make helping others as easy and accessible as possible. That’s why we’ve worked hard to establish a variety of donation centers across the greater Atlanta area, from Atlanta to Buford and Decatur to Canton.

Once you’ve cleared the clutter from your garage, basement, and closets, you shouldn’t have to struggle to find donation centers—your schedule is hectic enough already. Our locations for donation drop off include:

1. Abernathy Donation Center, 6597 Roswell Road Ste: J Atlanta, GA 30328. This donation center is attended from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., Monday - Saturday, and 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Sunday. Donations are accepted day or night, 24/7. You can also bring your household items or clothing donations to:

2. Any of our 24/7 drop box donation centers. We have several hundred conveniently located boxes, so you may be able to find one right in your neighborhood.

3. Any of 12 participating Value Village locations in that Atlanta area that accept donations on our behalf.

If you have charity gifts that you are unable to bring to our donation centers, AKS will also be happy to schedule a donation pick up at your home or business — call 770-609-2200 or sign up online to request a pick up on our rotational schedule. You can donate toys, clothing, linens, bedding, electrical items, and small kitchen appliances. You can also donate school supplies, books, decorative items, silverware, plates, glassware, and more.

The used items that we receive at our donation centers are resold, and the proceeds will be donated directly to the American Kidney Fund, a 4-star Reader’s Digest charity, a 4-star Charity Navigator philanthropic organization, and a Forbes Magazine Gold Star Charity. Remember that although there is no cure for kidney disease, action is possible. Don’t hesitate—donate today.
