Show your good will by making donations to American Kidney Services (AKS). We are an Atlanta area charity that works closely with the American Kidney Fund (AKF) to provide direct financial assistance to people suffering from chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal failure. With your contributions of used clothes and household goods, we’re able to generate funding to help these patients afford their medications, manage their daily living expenses, and get access to reliable transportation to dialysis centers. In addition, your generosity helps AKS and AKF sustain programs for kidney disease prevention and education.

There are a variety of benefits that come with demonstrating your good will and making donations to AKS. Not only are you helping a worthy non-profit organization, but you’re also clearing unwanted items from your home or business and making the eco-friendly choice to donate them for reuse instead of tossing them in the trash. Your contributions to our community charity are also tax deductible*, and a tax receipt can be obtained from any of our donation drop-off locations or from the driver who collects your donations.

To request a free donation pickup at your home or office, call 770-441-2220 or sign up online. An AKS representative will notify you when good will donations are being collected in your area. You can also drop off your charitable gifts at our storefront donation center in Atlanta, or our donation drop boxes (click here to find a drop box near you), or make a thrift store donation at any Value Village thrift department store.
