Used Book Donations in Atlanta, Woodstock, Roswell, Dunwoody, and Surrounding Communities Help Kidney Disease Patients

used-book-donationsWhen you make used book donations to American Kidney Services (AKS), it helps produce financial aid for people in the greater Atlanta area and beyond who are suffering from kidney disease. The proceeds generated from the donation of books to AKS directly benefit the American Kidney Fund (AKF) and its charitable efforts. AKF, which received a 4-star rating from Charity Navigator for 10 consecutive years, is a nonprofit health organization that provides direct monetary support for living and medical-related expenses for those suffering from kidney disease. AKS gladly accepts a donation of books in hard cover or paperback, including novels, biographies, autobiographies, trade books, textbooks, law books, cook books, and children’s books. You can even donate comic books.

In addition to used book donations, AKS welcomes a wide variety of other items from residents in Atlanta, Alpharetta, Duluth, and surrounding areas, including:

  • Glassware, flatware, silverware, and cookware
