Donate a TV in Atlanta and Help Patients Suffering from Kidney Disease
Making the decision to donate your TV to American Kidney Services (AKS) is a great way to get rid of unwanted clutter while also helping people in need. The proceeds generated from donations of used TVs and other electronics, such as DVD players, radios, game consoles, and more, benefit the American Kidney Fund and its efforts to provide direct financial assistance to patients suffering from chronic kidney disease.
As a locally based charity, AKS is proud to employ members of our own community and we offer a variety of convenient ways for Atlanta area residents to donate to our charitable organization. You can donate your TV (2007 or newer. We cannot accept floor model or projection TV’s) by bringing it to our storefront donation center in Atlanta or any Value Village thrift department store near you. You can also request a free donation pickup from AKS by calling 770-441-2220 or signing up online.
In addition to donating your TV (2007 or newer, with no floor model, or projection TV’s.) you can contribute any of the following used items to our charity:
- Used clothing
- Jewelry
- Small furniture
- Small appliances
- Kitchenware
- Decorative items
- CDs and DVDs
- Books
- Toys
- Tools
- And more
AKS is a qualified 501 (c)(3) charity and all contributions to our organization, including televisions (2007 or newer. We cannot accept floor model or projection TV’s), are tax deductible*. If you have additional questions about how to donate a TV or other items, please feel free to contact us today.
