Charitable Contributions in Atlanta, Chamblee, Norcross, and Beyond Are a Great Way to Give Locally and Help Globally
Charitable contributions in the form of used clothing and household items can generate funds that help patients suffering from kidney disease meet their daily living expenses. American Kidney Services (AKS), in conjunction with the American Kidney Fund (AKF), strives to lighten the financial burden that can accumulate when a patient is unable to work because of poor health and a rigorous dialysis schedule.
AKS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that works closely with AKF, an award-winning charitable health organization, to support programs that raise awareness about chronic kidney disease. A donation for our non profit can help us fight this national epidemic that is so prevalent in Georgia and throughout the South.
We gladly accept a wide variety of charitable contributions, including:
- Men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing
- Shoes and accessories
- Cookware and serving utensils
- Silverware and glassware
- Small appliances
- Decorative items
- And more
Whether you want to donate toys, schedule a clothes pick up, or donate any other used items, simply call 770-609-2200 or fill out our online form to add your name to our rotational donation pick up schedule.
