For residents of Duluth and surrounding areas, nearby donation centers make it easy for you to contribute used clothing and household items to American Kidney Services (AKS). We also offer complimentary donation pick up services throughout northern Georgia because we’re committed to offering our generous donors a variety of easy ways to donate.

All donations to AKS are tax deductible* and benefit the American Kidney Fund (AKF), a non-profit health organization that strives to provide direct financial aid to patients suffering from kidney disease. Treatment-related expenses can exhaust patients’ resources, which is why AKF assists them in meeting their daily living costs, such as food, rent, and utilities. AKF has been named a Four-Star Charity by both Reader’s Digest and Charity Navigator, one of the nation’s leading charity evaluators.
