Donate Comic Books and Benefit a Great Cause – AKS Welcomes Donations from Residents of Atlanta, Smyrna, Alpharetta, Dunwoody, and Surrounding Areas

Donate comic books and help kidney disease patients? It can happen with a donation to American Kidney Services (AKS). Through donations of items, including comic books, AKS generates proceeds for the American Kidney Fund (AKF), which provides much-needed financial support to kidney disease patients. So, if you have a pile of old Batman, Superman, or Spider-Man comics lying around the house that you don’t want anymore, you can donate them to our nonprofit organization and become a hero to some of the 26 million Americans who suffer from kidney disease.

There are several easy ways for residents of Atlanta, Smyrna, Alpharetta, Dunwoody, and surrounding areas to donate comic books to AKS:

• You can take them to our storefront location in Atlanta
• You can take them to any of our many drop box locations (click here to find the nearest to you)
• You can take them to any Value Village thrift department store that accepts donations on our behalf
• You can schedule us to pick them up from your home or office

In addition to comic book donations, AKS accepts a wide variety of other items as donations, including clothing, TVs, tools, books, toys, and more. Whether you choose to make a small toy donation one time, or several used book donations, know that everything aids our mission.
